Corporate Half Day
Premier Level Corporate Training.
We'll test your team to the very limits of their physical and mental capabilities.
The X Platoon Leadership and Team Building events are designed to explore what it is like to be part of an elite team. Real strength lies in a team’s ability to overcome problems together, to remain cohesive when all others around them are failing, to possess clarity of thought under the most austere and stressful of conditions, to continue to communicate and pass on relevant information, to strategize and think ‘outside of the box’, to ensure your plan is achievable and has in-built contingencies to cover every eventuality.
If your organisation is looking to tackle performance issues, to motivate and build your teams into high performing units, to empower your leaders and managers as mentors and coaches enabling them to inspire those those around them, to improve communication skills and to deal with disputes or conflicts in an appropriate manner then join up and experience what it is like to serve and operate with the elite, the ‘best of the best’.
Making tough decisions under extreme pressure, working with limited resources and to tight timelines and almost always against the odds are common practices for any elite forces soldier, together you can work towards transferring these skills to your team, ensuring they are ahead of the rest. Start now, build your team and make them a true force to be reckoned with.
This event typically runs over a 4-5 hour period and focuses on physical and mental resilience, leadership, delegation, ingenuity, communication and team building and cohesion. Some of our challenges require bursts of energy, grit and pure determination whilst others require a more logical, thoughtful approach in-order to succeed. Some of the problems and scenarios you could face include:
The Battlefield Challenge - Working as a team you will conquer the woodland assault course and all of its difficulties, remembering that in the world of elite forces ‘no one’ gets left behind.
The Cannon Race - You will need to dismantle a cannon and transport the parts across the battlefield and then reassemble it as fast as possible so you can get it back into action and support the troops on the front line.
Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) - You will have to stabilise your casualty and then build an improvised stretcher from natural materials and resources to get the casualty back to the First Aid Post for immediate treatment.
Minefield Crossing - Your team will need to cross a minefield to safety using only the items that have been found lying around the battlefield.
Toxic Waste - You have been tasked to retrieve an explosive device and a deadly chemical agent that could wipe out your entire force, you must get them both back to the decontamination zone as quickly as possible.
Sniper Stalk - As a sniper and a spotter you will both be required to crawl into a position where you can take the vital shot, however the enemy are watching and scanning the ground looking for the slightest movement. Don’t get spotted.
Once you have completed your booking a full equipment list and locations map will be provided.
The event starts at 11am on their start date and typically finish around 3pm.
